It starts with Zorzal cacao, grown in the lush forests of the Dominican Republic where migratory birds find sanctuary. We roast and refine those beans into our house dark chocolate, then hand-shell each bonbon with care. Inside waits a slow-poured layer of salted caramel, balanced by a smooth dark chocolate ganache. Together they create a bite that’s bold yet delicate, sweet yet complex—an edible story of place, craft, and flavor.
